Enviroserv pay the penalty of R10 209 519 in eight (8) equal, quarterly instalments; 2. The first instalment is to be made within 30 business days of this order; 3. The outstanding balance will attract interest from the thirteenth (13) month of the date of this order, at the rate set in terms of the Public Finance Management Act. 4.
