For conveyancers · South Africa

Software for conveyancers: every transfer, its costs, its trust money and its parties in one place.

A conveyancing practice is a production line with money in trust at every station. AttorneyOS tracks each transfer by stage with the rates clearance and guarantee dates counting down, prices the costs from the current SARS tables and your fee bands, produces the pro-forma and final accounts, requests and reconciles the trust deposits, and keeps sellers, purchasers and agents updated without a phone call.

What a file looks like in AttorneyOS.

Every step below is a screen in the product today, not a roadmap.

Instruction

The agent sends the offer. Open the transfer, price it in a minute, and email the purchaser a pro-forma account with the trust deposit request and the account details.

Preparing

FICA for both parties, signing dates and outstanding documents live on the transfer. The matter alerts when something that blocks lodgement is missing.

Deposits

The purchaser's deposit arrives; the trust bank import matches it to the transfer. The rates clearance figures are paid from trust against the matter.

Lodgement

The lodgement pack checklist confirms everything the Deeds Office and the bank expect. Lodge, and the seller and purchaser receive a progress email automatically.

Registration

Registration turns the pro-forma into the final account with the actual figures. Fees transfer from trust to business against the fee note; the balance pays out to the seller.

The parts of AttorneyOS conveyancers use most.

Questions conveyancers ask.

Does it use my own transfer fee tariff?

Yes. Set your fee bands once in Settings and every estimate, pro-forma and final account uses them.

Are the transfer duty tables current?

Duty is worked out from the SARS tables by effective date, so a transfer signed before a Budget change and one signed after both use the right table.

Can the public use the calculator?

Yes, the free transfer cost calculator on this site uses the same engine. Estate agents send it to purchasers.

Does it handle bonds?

Bond registrations and cancellations are tracked as related matters with their own costs and deadlines; transfers are the core workflow.

Which plan do conveyancers need?

The conveyancing workflow is on Practice and above. Every plan starts with a 7-day trial that includes it.
